1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on dninews.live infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Agent.

Your notification must include the following information:

Please note that we may share your notification with the user who allegedly infringed your work. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability under the DMCA.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent.

Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy of it to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed material in 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
